The task
Take over the project from a collegue consulant and implemen the blueprint (customizing, prototyping, testing). Develop the data migration programms and setup the productive system.
The solution
After taking over the project from a collegue consultant the customizing was finished according to the blueprint requirements together witth the key users.
By the project system wihin the machinery area the sales order fullfillment is controlled and also the procurement via the toolshop. Here are some of the implemented functions: standard netplan, workcenters with SAP-HR integration, classification of WBS elements, setup status schemes, integration of operational data devices for netplan activity confirmations, invoice milestones, integrate material requirements from netplan activities, initiate stock transfer orders and delieveries, material batch detection, quaterly project reports with project versions and several adapted project reports.

For me SAP has been total uncharted territory. I was surprised how the diffrent business processes due to the flexibility of the SAP software could be implemented within the business areas as constructing, engineering or tool shop and machinery. The collaboration with Peter Mollekopf was perfect, he understood our requirements quickly and implemented them with great knowledge and above all, the chemistry was right!
