The task
Determine the customers requirements, customize the SAP system accordingly and train the key-user.
The solution
After getting an overview about the sales processes together with the key user Diana Gitzel we customized SAP-SD and build a prototype for each product to sell.
The highlights have been: master data like customers, customer roles, order types, order positiontypes (including direct procurement), price detection, shipping, accounting. The forms were adapted on the customers requirements. After finishing the prototype Mrs. Gitzel started to inkey the master data within the productive system.

The implementation of SAP ERP software at Biovision was a unique one: To implement such a huge software system within a company counting only seven employees was a true challenge! Quick descisions by the customer and not a everdays method made it possible: Demonstrate and teach the software functions and building up a prototyp at the same time brought the outstanding result to provide a productive used system within 53,5 man days! Hats off and respect to Doctor Leuner and Diane Gitzel, who gave the main input besides their daily business. Necessary changes within forms and program user exits were done in the evening hours in order to demonstrate the agreed on functions the next day.
