The Task
Train all engineering people of two companies with SAP and specially within the transactions of creating material master data and multi-level bill of materials.

We prepared a special training system, created training materials and documentations, organized and scheduled the classrooms and executed the trainings.

The implementation of SAP specially within the material splanning has been a great change-over for the employees and I had to work with them for a month specially within the process of "make or buy". But then it has become daily work for them and the customers project lead was satisfied.
