The task
Determine the customer requirements and implement SAP-MM functionalities accordingly.
The solution
We set up the customizing to match the customers requirements. Despite the small companies size the requirements have been challenging. We had to customize the whole functionality of the material master including documents integration and material batches for internal and external procurement. The highlights: sales order stocks, batch management, quality stocks, integration of incoming test certificates for materials as documents.
After we finished the prototype phase we set up the LSMW and migrated the material masters.

The implementation of SAP ERP software at Biovision was a unique one: To implement such a huge software system within a company counting only seven employees was a true challenge! Quick descisions by the customer and not a everdays method made it possible: Demonstrate and teach the software functions and building up a prototyp at the same time brought the outstanding result to provide a productive used system within 53,5 man days! Hats off and respect to Doctor Leuner and Diane Gitzel, who gave the main input besides their daily business. Necessary changes within forms and program user exits were done in the evening hours in order to demonstrate the agreed on functions the next day.
