The task
Implementation of SAP-PS for the companies tool shop.
The solution
First we created a blueprint document describing the customer requirements which have been to implement the internal and external procurement processes of the tool shop within SAP-PS. Next step was to setup a protoype together with the key users and also the integration of the operatinal data devices by setting up the interface within SAP. After testing ok, the customizing settings were moved to the productive system and after going live we supported the users where necessary.

The replacement of production orders by SAP-PS (project system) using netplans opened more flexibility within the process flow of procurement and also gave the controlling better possibilities and intervention options.
