Robert Seuffer GmbH a leading provider of customized sensors and controls for automotive, domestic appliance, and industrial applications.
The task
Purchase requisitions (created manually or by MRP) shall trigger a permission workflow if they match special conditions.
The solution
After fixing the customers requirements in a blueprint we customized and implemented the workflow scenario. By this we adapted serveral objects with ABAP and also integrated the existing SAP-HR to determine the workflow items receiver. The workflow was triggered by two conditions: either the requisition item was a operating resource and / or the value exceeded a certain amount.
