SAP-QM implementation

After the customers requirement sprecification we customized the SAP system (inspection types, inspection characteristics, inspection plans, sample procedures, dynamizing rules,..). The procces to be implemented was starting with the goods issue into the quality stock, execute the qualtity inspection according to the choosen inspection plan, taking the usage decision and do a suppliers evaluation. If the usage decision fails, the goods are delieverd back to the supplier. After creating a protoype, which was accepted by the customer, we setup the LSMW for data-migration (extension of material masters with a QM sight) and trained the key-users to use the new functionalities. Finally we setup the productive system.
